RUGBY REFEREES.

(To the Editor.) Sir,— jI wish to trouble you for a little space with regard to Mr Sloan's reply to my previous letter. Mr Sloan on behalf of the Referees' Association, states that a reply will he given provided 1 give my name. This 1 would willingly do, if it was a personal matter, but it appears'to me by doing so it would place Mr Sciascia in a false porsition, and I would rattier have a public reply as a private one would not be satisfactory to the general public who read my previous letter on the subject.—l am, etc., "JUSTICE." ijihannon, June 21st, 1924.
