ALLIANCE AGAINST PENSION LAW.

ARGENTINE CAPITAL AND LABOUR. (Received Sunday, 11.5 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, May 3. A combined strike and lock-out, wherein capital and labour are both participating, in an effort to force a modification of the pension law, has begun here, and in various other Argentinian cities. The nation faces a suspension generally of all activity, including even stock exchange trading. The President, Signor De Alvsar, although admitting there are defects in the law, insists that it is his duty to enforce it, while various technicalities make it impossible to call an immediate session of the national legislature to secure modification. Disorders are reported to have occurred in various places, including the bombing of a train, wherein several persons were injured.
