HEAVY TRAFFIC. * PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that as provided in Section 139 of “The Public Works Act, 1908,” Heavy Truffle is prohibited on all roads in the Horowhenua County daring the months of May to September inclusive. Heavy Traffic means “hie transportation of any vehicle, engine or machine which itself, or together with any thing or things being transported their eon, weighs more than one and a-hadf tons avoirdupois to each pair of wheels.” F.
