SHANNON STOCK SALE.
At the Shannon stock sale held vest onlay there was a big yarding of both sheep and cattle, but owing to the strike there was a dearth of outside buyers. Nevertheless the bulk of entries changed hands at satisfactory prices. Following, are the pricas liealised: Cattle: Prime fat COWS £5 to £5 ss, * tot cows £4 5s to £4 15s, light forward cows £3 10s to £3 15Sj store cows 20s to 27s 6d, weaner heifers according to quality 7s 6d to 255. Sheep - Forward ewes 14s to 18s, store ewes ils 2d, forward lambs 18s 7d, wether lambs 15s 7d, fat lambs 24s 6d to 255.
