BOXING ASSOCIATION.
A committee meeting of the Boxing Association was held on Tuesday evening, Mr Murphy occupying the chair. ~ ■ , ' ~ ' A Letter was neceived from the Department of Internal Affairs re the Association becoming an approved association under section 58 of the l olice Offences Act, 1908.—1 t was resolved that the association be registered. . , A number of letters were received •from m'en requesting fights—Alter some discussion it was resolved to call a general meeting in April when the date of the next tourney juvl ! general affairs of the club will be considered. ■ „ It was decided to insure the staging for £3O, and that the seats be •loaned out ,at a rental of £2 10s per day, same to be returned in good 01 Owing to pressure of business the secretary (Mr J, T.
