A new message boy in a country office, not a hundred miles from Otaki, had just completed signing the Declaration of Siocrccy, was trying Ins hand at the switchboard, when a subscriber rant? and asked for the "correct time." He was politely informed bv the innocent lad that information could not be divulged from the office!
