On .the local green to-morrow alternoon the first round /Of the Tri-. angular Shield games will be played, * those taking part consisting Of lour rinks from Shannon and two each from Levin and Foxton. The following are the Shannon, rinks: COoper, E. Spencer, Murphy, Knowles. ; (skip); Aim, Clayton, Murray; Quarxie (skip); a. Butt, Gardner, E. Butt, Gunning (skip) ; B. Spjenc’er, Bovis, Roach, Gagiiardi (skip); emergencies; Newton, Rardie, watterston and Beard. Given fine weather a most pleasant afternoon should be spent 'by the bowlers. Afternoon tea will be dispensed and all members and their friends are cordially invited to attend.
