' ' : Two similar articles were placed on sole sale at another time; one was advertised and sold at a higher price than the other. 60.6 times the customer hought the advertised article. 24.2 times the customer bought the unadvertised article. 15.2 times the customer had no preference. 'The test was made not in one community'-- alone, but in representative communities, and by reputable g-< cers 'throughout the country. The figures furnish pretty ecu elusive proof.—Fourth Estate.
