From J- McPherson, sanitary con- / tractor, asking if the. ENGINEER’S REPORT. The Borough Engineer (Mr R. Edwards) reported as follows: —“I beg to .report that the. contract has been signed for the cartingi of water pipes, and materials along the main' line of the pipes and to the headworks for the sum of 11s per ton, and'for carting all materials and pipes within the Borough - for the sum of 6s ( per /ton. Mr Bresnehan is the contractor and I consider this is ail equitable_arrapge-
