Secretaries or owners of Dairy Companies have been requested to prepare lists of suppliers to their factories and forward same to me. These lists when prepared will form the roll of voters. Every supplier of milk or cream to any dairy factory should immediately communicate with the: secretary or owner of the company operating it and satisfy himself that his name is placed on the list of suppliers.
