JURY DISAGREES. WELLINGTON, East Night. Charges of alleged theft of public moneys and forgery were preferred against Frank Victor Coull, in the Supreme Court. Accussed, in evidence, denied an knowledge of the offence, and said he knew nothing of the. missing files. He said he received £3OO to take up shares, but had not done so.
