No. 20—A Function of the Public Trust. One of the important functions of the Public Trustee is custodian trusteeship. He may be appointed custodian trustee of any estate in which there are private trustees. In such a case the property is vested in him as if he were the sole trustee, but he acts as directed by the private trustees.
