SHANNON STOCK SALE.
Thq monthly stock sale a.t Shannon was held yesterday, there being a fair attendance. The yarding of both sheep and cattle was small, but in both classes the ruling prices were well maintained. The following are the prices obtained:—
Sheep: Cull ewes (poor) 8/6, 26 fat ewes £1 Cattle: Fat cows £3 5/, £3 10/ to £4 6/; store cows 16/, £1 to £1 if, heifer due August £4, 4' fat bullocks (good) £7 11/, bulls 25/. Six store* pige 28/.
