PRIVATE MAIL BAGS,

In addition to the reductions, which came into force this month in the cost of letter postage and telegrams, reductions are also announced in the cost of money orders and the postage of printed matter. The price for money orders will be as follows:—

Payable in New Zealand: Id for each £1 or fraction thereof, but with a mini mum charge of 6d, plus a telegraph fee of Is if order is sent by ordinary tele gram, or 2s if it is sent .by urgent telegram.
