On Saturday, at Feilding, a rink from , the local■'bowling club met a rink from the 'Feilding; club, for the Dixon Cup, but after a close game right through the Feilding club won on the last head by 13, to 11. The. second round of the Triangular Shield contest will take place at ’Shannon on Wednesday. Levin and Foxton will he represented by two rinks each, and Foxton by four. The final match of the series for this season will be played at Levin on Wednesday week.
