Immediately after the race the Diamond Jubilee Cup was presented to Mr J. 8.. Gaisford, the owner of Mark Time, by Mr John Kebbell. The Cup was the gift of the Foxton Racecourse Trustees, of which Mr Kebbell is chairman. The trainer, H. Moss, received a pair of binoculars from the Manawatu Licensed Victuallers' Association, and the rider, L. A. Pine, a gold-mounted whip from Mrs W. Kirkland, of Foxton.
