The Loan will be repayable by means of a sinking fund within a period of 361 years from the raising of the loan. As security for payment- of interest and sinking fund in respect of the Loan, it is proposed to make a special rate of One Penny in the Pound on all rateable property within the Borough of Shannon. It is proposed to pay out of thei loan moneys preliminary and other expenses, the cost of raising the Loan and the interest and sinking fund of the Loan during the first year.
