SHANNON STRAY CATTLE CASES. On the information of Michael O’Connor, ranger to the Shannon Borough Council, convictions and fines were entered against the following defendants for allowing stock to wander on the borough streets:—
Eugene Coakley, fined £2, costs 7/; John Piravano, £.l, costs 7/, and on a second charge £2 and 7/ costs; George Hook, 5/ and 7/ costs; William,. Gardner, £1 and 7/ costs and £2 and 7/ costs on a second charge; Stewart Millar, 5/ and costs 7/; M, Tippler, 10/ and costs 7/. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. G. B. Smith was ordered to pay E. C. Sa.w tell £9 V, or in default seven days in gaol. D. S. Mackenzie v. I>. E. Porter, claim .£7 16/. Debtor was ordered to pay forthwith or take seven days’ "imprisonment. E. Porter was ordered to pay the Colonial Rubber Company £8 15/3, seven days’ gaol being the default.
