Shannon is to be visited on Tuesday evening by two notable Maorilanders, the Revs. Papakura and Haddon. Mr Papakura is a sweet-voiced singer who has lately returned from a long engagement in America on Chautauqua platforms, and Mr Haddom is an ora.tor with all the Maori’s graceful diction and eloquence. These two will lead a big Prohibition rally in the! Maoriland Theatre as advertised.
