THE STOCK MARKET.
Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report that at their stock sale at Otaki on Thursday last a good yarding of both sheep and cattle came forward and practically a total clearance was effected at satisfactory prices. Quotations: Fat wethers 30/, ewes and lambs 43/, woolly m.s. hoggets 25/4, forward bullocks £4 7/6, store cows 29/ to £2, potter hulls 20/ to 37/6, vveaner pigs 20/.
