Sir,—There is no doubt that song is the natural outflow of voice and heart, and would there were more cf it—not on behalf of frivolity, but hi praise and thanksgiving “to God! Official functions are travesties! Communities cannot serve Mammon or Baal as a. main object in the life of units or a nation continuously without a sign Divine of an offended God being ocularly demonstrated to the day and generation.—l am, etc.,
