IN accordance with the provision.? of Section 50 of “The Rating Act, 1908,” and Sections 42 and 44 of “The Electric-Power Boards Act, 1918,” and of all other powers thereto enabling, PUBLIC NOTICE IS. HEREBY GIVEN THAT it is ihe intention of the Horowhenua Electric-Power Board at its Meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 26th April, 1922, to strike a General Rate of One-tenth rf a penny in the pound on the Capital Value on all the rateable property in the whole of the Horowhenua Elec-tric-Power District for the period froth the Ist April, 1922 to the 31st March, 1923, and to be payable on the Ist July, 1922. The Valuation Rolls of the respective constituent districts comprising the Horowhenua Electric-Power District can be inspected during office hours at the Horowhenua County Council Office, Levin, the Manawatu County Council Office, Sanson, the Hutt County Council Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington, Borough Council offices respectively at Foxton, Levin, Shannon and Otaki.
