A 13a Seifert, A -. 60 And as G. A. Monk, A. A. Brown and A. Seifert received the highest number of votes, I hereby declare the said G. A. Monk, A. A. Brown and Seifert to be duly elected membei's of the Horowhenua Electric Power Board, for the constituent district of Horowhenua County. P. W. GOLDSMITH, Returning Officer. Levin. February 11, 1922.
