ELECTRIC POWER BOARD ELECTIONS.
THROUGHOUT COUNTY TO-MORROW Elections will take place in the Horowhenua County and Foxton Borough to-morrow for representatives of these areas on the Horowlienua Electric Power Board. In all the other constituent bodies members have been selected unopposed. The Horowhenua County is fortunate in having a choice of five eminently suitable candidates from whom to select three members, and voters will find a difficulty in exercising their privilege. Those nominated are: The County Chairman, Mr G. A. Monk '(•Waikanae), Cr. C. I. Harkness (WeraI'oaj, Mr W.G. Adkin (Levffii. Mr A. A. Brown (Waikanae), and Mr A. Sen fert (Miranui). Each of these gentlemen combine business training with administrative ability and experience of the primary industries, and whoever is .elected, the Horowhenua delegation to the Board will he a strong and influential one. Voters are urged io make a point of recording their votes to-morrow, and so .show their interest in the coming hydro-electric development in the Horowhenua.
