SHANNON BOROUGH COUNCIL. , a ■ SPECIAL MEETING of the ShanM non Borough Council was held indhe Council Chambers on Tuesday, the 24th day of January, 1922, when it was resolved by way of Special Order as follows: iThat, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Housing Act, 1919, Section 16 of the Local Bodies Act, 1913, and Section 333 of the Municipal Corporations Act, ' 1920, the Shannon Borough Council resolves by Special Order as follows: — ‘“That, for the: purpose of ac- ■ quiring a worker’s dwelling for 4R e use ol' the Borough roadman, the Shannon Borough ; Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of j £BOO for a period of 36& years, and ! declares that the cost of raising the - loan shall be paid out of the monies | so raised, and the; Council pledges j as security for sue,h loan and the [ interest thereon a ; Special Rate of l-12th (one-twelftli)] of a penny in | the- £ on the ratable value of all I rateable property’in the Borough of !
