A', SPECIAL MEETING of the Shannon Borough Council was held ' in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, the 24th day of January, 1922, when it i was resolved by way of /'Special Order as follows: That, in pursuance and exercise ■-of the powers vested in it by the Housing Act, 1919, Section 16 of the Local Bodies Act, 1913, and Section 333 of the Municipal Corporations '' Act, 1920, the Shannon Borough Council resolves by Special Order as follows: ' “ ‘That, for 'the purpose of acquiring a worker’s dwelling for the use of the Borough roadman, the ‘ Shannon Borough Council hereby authorises the, raising of a loan of i £BOO for a period' of 36 1 years, and declares that the cost of raising the loan shall be paid out of the monies so raised, and the Council pledges as security for such loan and the interest thereon a Special Ra|e of l-i2th (one-twelfth) of a penny, in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Shannon.’ ” A Special Summoned Meeting will be held on TUESDAY, the 28th day of February, -1922, tO' confirm the above resolution. • J.
