SHOW GUESSING COMPETITION.
THE RESULTS DECLARED. The weight of the'stock used in the various guessing corirpetitions at the Show last week has now been ascertained and the winners are as follows: Weight of bullock, 739 lbs.—Messrs J. C. Gardiner (Levin) and D. Stewart (Weraroa) eacii estimated 735 lbs and divide the prize. Five Sheep, weight 254 lbs.—Mr .1. C. Gardiner (Levin) estimated the axact weight, and Mr 3. Lemmon’s estimate was 252 lbs. Single Sheep, weight 86 lbs.—Mrs J. Challies (Levin) estimated the exact weight, and Miss J. Douglas (Napier) put it down at 85| lbs.
