A slight accident befell the Gover-nor-General, Viscount Jellicoe, at Trentnam on Wednesday last. When he was testing the sight of a rifle the range bolt flew back and caught bis Excellency in the right eye, inflicting a cut, which necessitated putting in seven stitches.
