HOW TO KEEP FIT. Eat moderately,.masticate your food thoroughly. Let at least five hours elapse between meals. Drink a glass of water when you first get up in .the morning. Take a regular outdoor exercise every day. Keep the bowels regular by taking Chamberlain’s Tablets when required, and you will soon be as fit as a fiddle. S:old everywhere.
