FASHION PLATE DANDIES.
NEXT TUESDAY NIGHT. V Next Tuesday evening the “Fashion Plate Dandies” will, appear m ihe Maorilancl Theatre, Shannon. This ? excellent company appeared in WelJ lington earlier in th§ year, and have / recently concluded a most successful I season of eighteen nights at Auckland. In each of those cities the press wrote !in glowing terms of the talent-of the j company, and the excellent performance which they gave. In a bright programme, comprised of many of the latest successes from musical comedies and revues of the day; the “Fashion Plate Dandies” succeed in their ( mission to entertain and amuse their patrons. For many seasons various “Dandies” Companies hAve. appeared ! in the Dominion, but ir is said that \ no brighter or more accomplished co- | terie than the “Fashion Plate Dandies” has yet been seen. The artists forming the combination are Misses Christine Andrews, a Scottish soprano; Wyn- Faulkner,- a pleasing rrntralto; Lenore Graham, a noted English comedienne, who is also the | clever producer of the company; and j Agnes Stirling,, a brilliant pianiste. The gentlemen are: Messrs. Sycl Kingsley, a lyric tenor; Wilfred Scott, a fine baritone; George Titchener, an j English comedian of repute; and Will B. Kearny, described as a quaint j character comedian. “The Fashion j Plate Dandies” are recommended as a j most capable and versatile body of ,enj tertainers. Popular prices will he I charged.
