Mr Licht, sugar expert, estimates that for the last five months the beet production has increased by 35,000 tons. He expects that the present campaign will show a decrease of 100,000 tons as compared with the last campaign. (Special to Press Association.) (Received 11.40 a.m., Feb. 28th.) London, Feb. 27. The insurance companies and the London and Westminster Bank have tendered for the remainder of the New South Wales Treasury bills.
