THE HOME RULE BILL.
(PlB EllOlßlO TBi.BOIUPB—COPYHIOffiT.) (Per Press Association.) (Received 6.30 p.m. Peb. 26th. London, Feb, 25. The County Down Constitutional Association have decided to send several thousand Ulstermen to hold a meeting in Trafalgar Square as a protest against the passing of the Home Rule Bill. The agitation against Home Rule is increasing in intensity in portions of Ireland. 'J he Unionist Alliance and other Irish societies are preparing a campaign on the lines of that of 1886. Apprehension in commercial and financial circles is not diminished. Security on mortgages and land charges is disturbed. Viscount Wolseley, speaking in Dublin, stated that the North had his sympathy since they were fighting for Union, which must be maintained at all hazards.
