Perceval, the Agent-General of New Zealand, denies the statements published by Mr Wilson, in the Standard, that New Zealand is slyly borrowing, He also denies the existence of any responsible scheme ‘ for consolidating loans by an issue of 3£ per cent. New Zealand stock.
