The s.s. Wakatipu is expected on Tuesday with 400 tons of Newcastle coal to land, and after discharging same she proceeds to Dunedin, returning here on Friday to pick np 300 tons of Sydney cargo. The barque Highlmd Forest, having discharged her inward loading of cornsacks, and not having yet obtained a charter, was this morning shifted to a buoy to lie by. The s.s. Brnnner arrived this morning from Dunedin to deliver aoout 100 tons ef sundries, including transhipments from Melbourne and Sydney. The harbourmaster at Onehnnga reports that a heavy gale last night blew two of the North Head beacon lights down. In consequence of this the leading light at the Heads, Mannkan Harbour, will not be shown until further notice.
