CRISIS IN HAWAII.
(Per Electric Telegraph —Cow right.) (Per Press Association.) (Received 0.50 a.m., Feb. 24th.) Washington, Feb. 23. Mr J. L. Stevens, United States Minister in Hawaii, in a despatch to his Government, declares that the Princess Kaiulani is wholly under British influence. The Hawaiian Commissioners to the President are returning to the Island. (Special to Prsss Association. (Received 1 a.m., Feb. 21th.) Washington, Feb. 23. The residents of Hawaii report that England and Germany have been planning for years to possess the islands, and their Consulates have armed the natives and incited them to oppose the Americans.
