Ho says that in the Government scheme for the revision of the Constitution, voting is to be made com> pulsory, The figures prepared by the United States Commissioner of Pensions, shows that on I>oc. 1 last there were 920,885 pensioners on the roll, and that a sum of 80,423.903 dole, bad been paid in pensions during he first half af the fiscal year.
