(By Telegraph.) Wellington Items. WELLINGTON, Fan. 23. The Department of Agriculture has is»ued a second aeries of illustrated leaflets, dealing with the Bathurst burr. The Cabinet have decided to grant a small sum for tho purpose of fitting up a Now Zea land Court iu tho Imperial Institute, but not to commit the colony to any annual expend!* tore.
