Me Stewart, Official Receiver of the English and Australian Mortgage Bank, advises that a searching enquiry should be mads into its affairs. The liabilities are set down at half a million and the assets at only throe thousand. Ho declares it would be unwise to publish the whole of Mr Warwick’s report, in view of the effect it might have on the realisation of the bank’s properties.
