WELLINGTON, Fas. 15. The land and income tax paid to date is as follows: -Land tax £994,628, income tax £68497, total £353,126. It is anticipated that the income tax will amount to £69,000, the estimate made by tbe Commissioner of Taxes after allowing for deductions and concessions under tbe Land and Income Assessment Amendment Act 1893.
