(Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) (Received 1,30 a.tn., Feb. 14th.) COLLISION IN SYDNEY HARBOUR. Sydney, Feb. 13. The steamer Kelloe collided with the man-of-war Ringarooma last night, and cut a bole in the cruiser below the waterline. Only the smartness of the office of the watch in closing the watertight compartments prevented the vessel from being flooded. She was a good deal damaged. THE SOUTH SYDNEY SEAT. Mr Manning, Protectionist, has been elected for South Sydney, in place of Mr Toohey, resigned. STEAMERS RACING. Melbourne, Feb. 13. The Warrimoo and Manapouri ran a dead heat from Sydney.
