The result of the third ties was as follows; Christchurch, H. Thomson (skip) 20, beat Taieri, Hislop (skip) 17. Caledonian 9, Oapstiok (skip) 18, beat Christchurch, Wood (skip) 15. Boslyn, P. Dow (skip) 21 t beat Christchurch, R. Strutbers (skip) 11. Caledonian, .T. Ogg (skip) 20, beat Green Island, W. Gatfield (skip) who retired without scoring. The final tie will bo played on the Christchurch green at 8 o’clock to-morrow morning. Ibe single banded touKJSmcnt begins early in the morning.
