For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, at 4.30 p.m. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Tekapo, at 4 30 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, East and West Coast of South America (specially addressed correspondence only), per Aorangi, at 4,30 p.m. The parcel mail closes at 4 p.m. I This mail will be due in London on 31st March, 1893.]
