A despatch received from Hawaii states hat Great Britain has recognised the proisional Government. The New York Herald says that 80 leathers of the House of Representatives i re in favour of annexing Hawaii, and 46 re opposed, while 77 have not yet anounced their opinion. Twenty Senators esire annexation, 35 prefer a protectorate, and 25 have not declared their views.
