THE CONSPIRACY CASE.

In the Court of Appeal, Wellington, the case Kegina v. Adams, for conspiracy, was argued. Mr E. Shaw and Mr Gnily appeared for the Crown, Mr Forwood for the prisoner. Counsel on both sides argued and cited at great ' length. The Court reserved its decision. In case it is in favor of the Crown, the Judges wiU sit on Monday, at 11 a.m., in their Supreme Court jurisdiction, to hear the motion for a new trial of the same case ; but if not,"the new trial will be unnecessary, and the business of tbe Court of Appeal will be proceeded with at 10.30 aim., when the case of in re Cooper will be heard.
