The Premier, in the House of Commons, is insisting on the passing of his resolution for the adoption of the cldture, but is not making it a Cabinet question.
Panic Subsiding- ; Paris, Oct. 31. The panic which arose, at Lyons through fears of a Socialist rising is subsiding, and confidence is being rapidly restored.
