TIMAEU—THIS DAY. (Before W. G. Beswick, and T. W. Hall, Esqrs.) DRIVING WITHOUT REINS. ■ William Agnew was charge 1, with driving a vehicle without reins, in contravention of the provisions of the “Public Works Act.” He was fined ss, and costs 10s. BIDING ON THE FOOTPATH. Christian Oversen was charged with riding on the footpath of the Main Road, within the Borough. He was discharged with a caution, and ordered to pay 10s, the amount of the expenses of two witnesses.
