THE WARIN EGYPT.

In the House of Lords, Earl Granville gave notice that on Tiiursday next he would propose a vote of thanks to the army for its recent services in Egypt, and that he would subsequently move the adjournment of the House until November. , Alexandria, Oct. 24. Voluminous correspondence between Arabi and the Sultan has been recovered by the British, but no reliable infbrmation regarding the nature of the documents has as yet been allowed to transpire.
