TIMARU AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL ASSOCIATION. THE Association’s Seventeenth ANNUAL SHOW of SPOOK, &0., will be held on the Association’s Grounds, Waiiti Road. ON TUESDAY, 24th, and WEDNESDAY, 26th OCTOBER, Consisting of Sheep, Cattle, Horses, Pigs, Dogs, Poultry, Dairy and Agricultural Produce Implements, Wool, &o. Prizes amounting to £7OO will be given in Pieces of Plate, Gold and Silver Medals, and Cash. Entries of sheep, cattle, and pigs to be made with the Secretary on or before Saturday, October 14; other entries on or before Tuesday, 17th October. this date positively no entries will be received. OCTOBER 24 AND 25,1882. ORDINARY Single-fare Tickets to Timaru issued at Lyttelton, Oamaru, or any intermediate station, on 24th or 25th inst., will be available for return up to and including the 26th inst. On the 25th a Special Train will leave Temu.ka for Timaru at 11 15 am., calling at int ermediate stations if required. On the 24th and 25th inst, the Evening Trains from Timaru will leave as under, instead', of at the usual times:—For Albury, at 4.50 p.m. ; for Oamaru, at 5,10 p.m.; for Ashburton, at 5.25 p.m. These trains will be 75, 415 and 50 minutes respectively later than usual at each station to destination, and the Evening Train from Albury to Timaru "will run 75 minutes later than usual. An Extra Trip will be run on the Waim ate Branch, to take up passengers out of tho 5.10 p.m, train from Timaru. FBBDK.
