Enterprise, brigantine, from Auckland, early. ' , . Gerd Heye, barque, from London, early. The B,s. Southern Cross finished unloading cargo of coal yesterday, and took her departure for Dunedin about 7 o’clock. The schooner Mary Ogilvie completed her loading yesterday afternoon. She sailed for Wellington, about 8 o’clock, with a full cargo of produce. The Union Company’s Beautiful Stpr is to replace the Waitaki, on the DunedinTimaru running, for a short time* as the Waitaki is going to replace the Penguin. The latter is to be docked for an .overhaul, and to have new boilers put into her. ■' ■
