The Irish Constabulary.' London, Sept. 8.
A majority of the Irish police con. stables who were dismissed for being promoters of a recent agitation have now been reinstated by Earl Spencer, the Lord-Lieutenant, and have returned to duty, Japan and Corea., Intelligence is to hand that the diffi. culty which has existed for some time past between Japan and Corea has now been'arranged. Under the terms of the arrangement the latter Kingdom will pay* the indemnity which was demanded by the Japanese Government.
